TERMS OF USE OF THE SELF-SERVICE LAUNDRY

By loading linen, paying for services and launching the equipment, the client automatically agrees with these Terms of Use of Self-Service Laundry.

Only use the equipment in the laundry for its intended use, either washing or drying.

Wash and dry according to the instructions on the clothing labels or tags.

The client independently selects the temperature mode for washing or drying, and independently sorts, loads or unloads personal items.

The client independently controls the washing or drying cycles.

The client is solely responsible for the safety of personal items.

It is necessary to remove all metal objects or any other hard objects from all pockets that could harm the equipment.

Check the drying machine filter before drying and clean it if necessary. Cleanliness of the filter affects the quality of drying.

Do not forget to clean the drying machine filter for the next visitor.

Keep the laundry room in good order and in a hygienic condition.

Handle equipment with care.

The premises are under round-the-clock video surveillance.

DO NOT wash and dry:

Any items intended for dry cleaning only.

Items made of leather, suede, nubuck and natural fur.

Pet items.

Footwear.

Heavily soiled overalls with traces of bitumen, paint, gasoline, etc.

It is forbidden to wash items with natural or artificial fillers, such as pillows, poufs.

The client is responsible for damage caused to items and laundry equipment in the event of:

Improper use of laundry equipment and violation of the equipment operating instructions.

Improper sorting of items that caused the item or linen to change color during washing or drying.

Failure to follow the recommendations for washing and drying indicated on the labels or tags of clothing or linen, as well as the absence of such.

Exceeding the limits for loading linen or items, as a result of which the quality of washing or drying deteriorates

ATTENTION

If the wrong washing or drying mode is selected, it is IMPOSSIBLE to change or cancel this mode.

Each new washing or drying cycle is paid separately.

For the best washing quality, 25-30% of the machine’s space should be left free.

The laundry administration is not responsible for the safety of personal items left or forgotten by the Client. Forgotten or abandoned items lie in the laundry for no more than 5 days, after which they are subject to transfer to charity funds.

By agreeing with these Terms and paying for self-service laundry services, the Client agrees that the administration of the self-service laundry is not responsible for the quality and results of washing or drying clothes.
